Are you still open when local or national lockdowns have been imposed?
Yes we are open and aim to ship our orders as normal
Can I chose a specific delivery date?
Yes you can. Simply pop your chosen date in the “Add a note” section at checkout stage. If a delivery date is not specified then delivery will usually take place within 3 days of placing an order.
Who do you use for shipping?
We currently use the Royal Mail 24hr tracked for the majority of our deliveries.
How fast will I receive my Flapjacks?
On placing your order, please allow 2-3 days for baking and once ready your flapjacks will be delivered the next day.
Do you charge extra for delivery?
Our prices exclude the cost of delivery and there may be some additional postage costs for deliveries in the London congestion area due to a surcharge to the following postcode areas. (W1-2, W8, W10-11, EC1-4, WC1-2, SW1, SW3, SW7, SE1, SE11, NW1 &E1)
Do you delivery to all areas of the U.K?
Yes we do, however if you live or work in remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Scilly please get in touch before placing your order as additional charges will apply.
Can you include a message as they are a gift?
We can include messages at no additional charge, this can be included in “Add a message” section at checkout stage.
If I order today, can you deliver tomorrow?
Occasionally this may be possible, however it will depend on what time you place your order. Also you may have to take substitutions as our flapjacks are made fresh & mainly made to order.
My flapjacks arrived damaged!

What is the shelf life of your flapjacks?
Our flapjacks will last over 2 weeks when stored in an airtight container at room temperature and your box will be supplied with a best before date stamp.
